Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 3R Studios, registering an account, or interacting with any feature on our platform (including the Discover feed, cinema catalog, or messaging systems), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Accounts, Handles & Email Verification

To unlock interactive features—such as publishing Mags, creating Community Threads, posting film reviews, sending connection requests, and messaging peers—you must register for an account and maintain a verified email address. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your handle and credentials. Handles that impersonate existing creators, brands, or 3R Studios personnel are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate reclamation.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Media Uploads

Our platform allows creators to upload and publish custom media, including editorial articles ("Mags"), discussion threads, poster graphics, banner images, and comments. By uploading content to 3R Studios:

• You retain ownership of your original creative work, but grant 3R Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content across our platform and associated promotional channels.
• You warrant that you hold all necessary copyrights, release forms, and intellectual property rights for any images, text, audio, or embedded media you upload.
• You agree not to upload media containing unauthorized third-party copyright materials, explicit/graphic violence, or unlawful imagery.

4. Reviews, Film Ratings & Comments

Members may submit reviews, star ratings, and comments on catalog projects and community posts. Reviews must represent genuine, authentic opinions. Review bombing, commercial spamming, fake ratings, or posting commercial solicitations within discussion threads is prohibited and will result in content removal.

5. Peer Connections & Direct Messaging

3R Studios provides networking tools including connection requests and peer-to-peer messaging. You agree to use these communications strictly for professional networking, creative collaboration, and respectful community discussion. Unsolicited commercial outreach (cold-pitching mass services), harassment, stalking, or sending abusive messages to other members will result in immediate account termination.

6. Credit Claims, Collaborations & Profile Merges

Members may request official crew/cast credits on 3R Studios productions or tag co-creators on published Mags. Falsifying film credits, claiming unauthorized involvement in a project, or tagging creators without mutual consent is prohibited. All official credit approvals and profile claim requests are subject to final review and verification by 3R Studios administrators.

7. Events, Workshops & RSVPs

3R Studios hosts events, screenings, physical/virtual workshops, and 3R Academy sessions. Event RSVPs and seat allocations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. 3R Studios reserves the right to modify event schedules, adjust venue capacities, or revoke guest-list spots at any time. Attendance at physical events is at your own risk.

8. Moderation, Reporting & Account Termination

We provide built-in reporting tools for members to flag inappropriate content or behavior. 3R Studios reserves the right (but is not obligated) to monitor, review, edit, or delete any User-Generated Content at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account without prior notice for violations of these Terms or behavior detrimental to the community.

9. 3R Studios Intellectual Property & Streaming Protection

All original series, films, master stream assets, logos, software engines, and brand elements hosted on 3R Studios (including series such as Burnt Toast, Hysteria, and Root) are the exclusive property of 3R Studios and its licensors. You may not scrape, screen-record, rip, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any media from our video player or site architecture.

10. Limitation of Liability

3R Studios is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform uptime or that uploaded media will never experience data loss. 3R Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, interactions with other members, or attendance at studio events.

11. Modifications & Contact
